This website is operated by KickstartWeb LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States ("KickstartWeb", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
KickstartWeb helps businesses find and build AI automations. This website presents who we are, examples of our work, and a way to book a call with us. It is informational; using it does not create a client relationship.
Engagements and contracts
Any paid work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or service contract) signed by both parties. These Terms of Service cover your use of this website only and do not themselves create any obligation for us to provide services.
Booking a call
When you book a call through our scheduling tool, you agree to provide accurate information. A booking is a request to meet; it is not a contract for paid services. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site (text, layout, graphics and logo) belongs to KickstartWeb LLC and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission. Client names, logos and testimonials are shown with their owners' permission and remain their property.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickstartWeb LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Third-party links and tools
This site may link to, or embed, third-party websites and tools (such as our scheduling tool). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
